Plaza Properties Corporation, a rapidly growing company based in Media, Pennsylvania, has developed several Concentra Medical Centers, The Delaware County Business Plaza, and the Airport Business Plaza in Philadelphia. Current developments include the Northeast Business Plaza, which they plan to build in partnership with Mega Construction in Northeast Philadelphia, and an interval-ownership, slope- side chalet home project on Ski Big Bear Mountain in Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania.

        Most Recently Plaza Properties was awarded the 2007 North Jersey Beautification Award by the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce and the City of Clifton, New Jersey.  This award is given annually to businesses that have shown an outstanding effort in building or renovating their property, and as a result make the region a better place to live and conduct business.  The award was given to Plaza Properties in recognition of  their development of the new Concentra Medical Center at 283 Piaget Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey.
